As part of our Community-base project, we have decided to adopt charity organisations whose individual mission and objectives complements and synergize with each other. Or to participate in fund raising events with credible VWOs.
Metta School
Formed in January 2001, Metta School offers special education to children with mild intellectual disability (IQ range of 50-70) and autism aged between 6 and 18 years.
Supported by the Ministry of Education (MOE), National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and Metta Welfare Association (Metta), which first started at a holding school in Chai Chee with 50 pupils and 10 teachers. The school’s firm belief in the students’ potential to learn gives rise to a loving and nurturing environment that is home to over 380 students.
